United Minds Group Programs

Parenting Neurodivergent Children

This online parenting group is designed to give parents and carers practical knowledge, supportive strategies, and a collaborative space to strengthen confidence, reduce stress, and promote their child's wellbeing, development, and autonomy.

Sessions run live online, and recordings are available if participants can't attend. Children do not need an official diagnosis – the group is suitable and supportive for all parents and children.

The group will be facilitated by two neurodivergent psychologists.

Brave and Resilient Superheroes - Free to Attend

This four‑week workshop is designed to strengthen children's mental wellbeing and emotional resilience through structured creative art activities, engaging games, and collaborative team missions.

Healthability Parent Support seminars - term 1

Parenting pre-teens: Making sense of adolescent behaviour

Join experienced Family Support worker Joan Lauricella for this practical parenting seminar on how to understand teenage behaviour and support a positive relationship with your teen.

This session will cover a range of topics and strategies, including:

Parenting with confidence: Behaviour made easier (4 sessions)

Join experienced Family Support worker Joan Lauricella for this practical parenting program on how to promote positive relationships and behaviour in children.

Run over 4 weeks, parenting with confidence is suitable for parents with children from 2 to 12 years of age.

What will be covered:

  • Learn tips to parent with confidence

  • Positive parenting strategies

  • Learning skills to help make parenting less stressful and more enjoyable

  • How to promote positive behaviour in your child

  • Developing positive relationships

This program takes place every Thursday 9.30am-11.30am on 5 March, 12 March, 19 March and 26 March

Family Systems Hub

The Blended Family Summit - Free to Attend

Blended families are complex systems. This summit offers grounded conversations that help parents, stepparents, and professionals better understand what supports children, relationships, and the family as a whole.

This is a free, two-day (March 7-8 2026) online summit with 12 experienced specialists offering grounded, compassionate support for blended families.
