It may seem self-evident, but the most important thing to bring to the appointment is your child. It is important for the paediatrician to meet, assess and examine your child in person.*

Please be aware: you cannot claim the Medicare rebate for the appointment if your child does not attend.

Please bring the Medicare Card that lists your child.

If you have hard copy versions of record books, letters, test results, plans or other information you think is relevant, please also bring these to the appointment. Alternatively, you can email these as PDF documents to hello@elthampaediatrics.com.au

* We understand there may be times when parents want to discuss issues or strategies without their child being present. We can often accommodate this within your visit. If you feel the need for a separate appointment without your child, please speak with us about this.
