Jacqui is the co-founder of Eltham Paediatrics. She keeps our office running smoothly with a focus on patient relationships, timely communication and professional partnerships. With a Master’s Degree in Community Development, Jacqui believes passionately in engaging patients and families in their healthcare journey and the social, emotional and health benefits that come from strong community connections.  

Jacqui has a particular interest in the transition of paediatric patients into the adult healthcare system. She offers transition support for patients and other practices wanting to develop transition processes.
